  • United States:
    From Aug 29, 2025, all imports are subject to duties.
    DHL and FedEx support DDP DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
    Duties, U.S. Customs processing fees, and carrier disbursement fees are prepaid at checkout and shown as Import Duty.
    No payment is required upon delivery for DDP shipments.
    Japan Post shipments remain on hold as DDP is not available.

  • European Union:
    VAT is always collected at checkout.

    ≤ €150: VAT is prepaid via IOSS IOSS.
    No additional VAT is collected on delivery.
    Other duties or fees may still apply depending on your country.

    > €150: The prepaid VAT is refunded.
    Import VAT will be charged upon arrival.
    Additional duties or fees may also apply.
  • Chile:
    19% VAT is collected at checkout under the Simplified VAT Regime for non-resident sellers registered with the SII SII.
    ≤ USD 500: VAT is prepaid to SII — no VAT on delivery and faster customs clearance.
    > USD 500: Import VAT will be charged upon arrival; other duties/fees may also apply.
    If customs mistakenly charges VAT again, contact support with the receipt for verification and assistance.
