A flexible payment option designed for collectors who want more control. Unlike standard installment plans, you decide when to pay and how much to pay each time, as long as the full balance is completed by the final due date.
You are not locked into rigid monthly billing dates.
You decide the amount for each payment based on your schedule and budget.
Each payment is processed separately, giving you more control over how you pay.
Please access your payment page using the route below:
1. Make sure the website display currency matches the currency used for your order.
2. The payment page is shown inside My Orders, not on the main My Account top page.
3. Please also check the Expiration Date shown in your order details.
How to Access Your Payment Page
Please follow the steps below to open the correct payment page for your installment order.
Log in to your account
Sign in to your LapinNoir.JP account before accessing your order details.
Match the site currency
Make sure the website display currency matches the currency used when you placed the order. For example, if your order was placed in EUR, please set the site currency to EUR.
Open My Account
Go to your account dashboard after logging in.
Select My Orders
This is an important step. The payment page is managed inside your order area.
Click “Order by Installment Payment”
Open the installment payment section linked to your order history.
Open “Partially Paid Orders”
This section shows orders that still have a remaining balance.
Select your order number
Choose the relevant order and proceed to the payment page.
Enter the payment amount
Enter the amount you wish to pay, choose your payment method, and complete the payment before the expiration date.

Important Rules & Policies
- Payment & Shipment: Orders will only be shipped after full payment is completed.
- Payment Due Date: The due date cannot be extended, even if the release date is delayed.
- Installment & Lump-Sum: These payment methods cannot be combined in the same order. Please use separate carts if you wish to use both.
- First Payment Requirement: The first payment must be at least 30% of the total cost. Subsequent payments are not subject to the same minimum rule.
- Product Eligibility: Some products are not eligible for installment payments. Please check the relevant product or order details.
- Missed Payment: If full payment is not received by the due date, your order will be automatically canceled.
- Refund Option: In case of cancellation, you will receive a refund of the paid amount minus a 5% cancellation fee.
- Special Case for Delayed Payment: If a payment delay occurs and the customer confirms their intention to complete payment, we may request the remaining balance to be paid in full within one month. In this case, an additional 5% PayPal processing fee may apply.
- Account Restrictions: Repeated cancellations or payment failures may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.
- Advance Contact & Exceptions: If you contact us before the payment deadline, we may consider requests such as payment deadline extensions or combining shipments with other items. In addition, cancellations made with prior contact may be accepted without penalty up to three times per year.

Log in to your account, make sure the site currency matches your order currency, then go to My Account → My Orders → Order by Installment Payment → Partially Paid Orders. Select your order number, enter the amount you wish to pay, and complete the transaction.

- The website display currency does not match the currency used for the order.
- You are viewing the My Account top page instead of going into My Orders.
- You have not opened Order by Installment Payment and Partially Paid Orders.
