Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis rule (USD 800 duty-free threshold) will end. All imports may be subject to duties and taxes.

For U.S. shipments, LapinNoir.JP supports DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via DHL and FedEx, allowing duties and taxes to be prepaid at checkout with no charges upon delivery.

Japan Post Service Suspension:
Please note that Japan Post services to the U.S. are currently affected by temporary operational restrictions. Even if Japan Post options (Economy, EMS, or Sea Mail) appear at checkout and can be selected, we may be unable to dispatch your order via Japan Post at this time. If you selected Japan Post for your order, we may contact you to request switching to an alternative carrier (such as DHL or FedEx) so we can proceed with dispatch. For the most stable delivery, we recommend selecting DHL or FedEx (DDP supported) whenever possible.

Affected destinations:
Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia.

What this means for your order:
If your shipping address is within the affected destinations, we will securely hold your order in our warehouse until carriers resume stable service. Dispatch and tracking will be provided as usual once shipping becomes available again.
