Japan Post shipping to the United States has now resumed after a long suspension.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) support is now available for all shipping methods currently offered for U.S. orders, including FedEx, DHL, and Japan Post.

Please note:
Although Japan Post is now available again, delivery delays are still likely for the time being. For faster and more stable delivery, we recommend using DHL or FedEx whenever possible.

Due to the ongoing situation affecting the region, international transportation routes and carrier operations have been disrupted. As a result, shipping is temporarily suspended to certain Middle East destinations.

Affected destinations:
Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia.

What this means for your order:
If your shipping address is within the affected destinations, we will securely hold your order in our warehouse until carriers resume stable service. Dispatch and tracking will be provided as usual once shipping becomes available again.

Japan Post has announced that transportation disruption related to the situation in the Middle East is affecting some international mail routes beyond the region itself.

As a result, some Japan Post shipments to Europe, Africa, and nearby areas may experience significant delays. In some cases, parcels already accepted by Japan Post may also be returned to the sender depending on transportation conditions.

At this time, this issue has only been confirmed with Japan Post. We have not received similar return reports for FedEx or DHL shipments.

If your order was shipped via Japan Post and your tracking has stopped updating or shows an unusual status, we kindly ask for your patience while we confirm the latest situation with Japan Post.
