We open and inspect each figure before shipping, checking for defects and adding cushioning inside the blister to minimize movement during international transit. Built for serious collectors who expect pristine condition on delivery.

Inspection

Check for visible damage, missing parts, or obvious paint issues before shipping.

Inner Cushioning

Add cushioning inside the blister to minimize movement and prevent scratches or breakage during shipping.

Defect Support & Replacement

If defects are found, we notify you immediately and request a replacement from the manufacturer. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be arranged.

We carefully open and check for any defects before shipping.

STEP 2
Add Cushioning

Fill empty spaces inside the blister with cushioning material to secure the figure.

STEP 3
Report & Manufacturer Process

If a defect is found, we report it to you and the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or refund.

STEP 4
Re-Inspection & Shipping

Once a replacement arrives, we re-inspect and ship the item securely.

Flat Fee: ¥1,000 (JPY)

This fee covers inspection, inner cushioning, reporting, and handling replacement or refund requests.

Only Items With Option Displayed

This service is only available for products that display the “Open-Box Quality Check & Inner Cushioning” option on their product page. Eligible items will expand gradually.

Lead Time

Standard shipping time: 1–5 business days. With this service: 3–10 business days.

Defect Criteria

Only major issues such as breakage, missing parts, or obvious paint flaws qualify for replacement. Minor paint spots or tiny scratches may not be accepted by manufacturers.

Risk Reduction

This service significantly reduces the risk of shipping damage, but cannot guarantee 100% elimination.
