User Guide
1. Selecting Items
When only in-stock items are added to the cart, multiple shipping options, including LNJ Storage, will be available at checkout.
When pre-order items are included in the cart, only the LNJ Storage option will be available at checkout.
When "Purchase this product by installment payment?" is set to Yes, LNJ Storage cannot be used. If you wish to use LNJ Storage, set this option to No.
Future Update: Compatibility between installment payments and LNJ Storage is planned for a future update.
2. Shipping Method and Payment
Choose LNJ Storage as your shipping method and complete the payment. A confirmation email will be sent upon payment completion.
3. Viewing Items Stored in LNJ Storage
Navigate to My Account → My Orders → LNJ Storage Items. All items currently stored in LNJ Storage will be displayed.
- Max. number of bundles: Maximum number of the same item that can be bundled for shipment.
Example: If "3", up to three of the same item can be shipped together. - Number of items in storage: The total number of identical items currently stored.
Note: For pre-order items, a shipment request cannot be made until the item is released and received by us.
Status Descriptions:
In LNJ Storage: Items stored and ready for shipment upon request.
LNJ Storage shipping request complete: Shipment request has been completed successfully.
Processing: Your shipment request has been reviewed and is currently being prepared for dispatch.
LNJ Storage Complete: The requested items have been shipped successfully.
4. Requesting Shipment
Navigate to My Account → My Orders → LNJ Storage Items. Select the items you wish to ship and proceed with the payment.
5. Tracking Your Items
Use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment. Updates will be available directly through your account dashboard.

Yes, you can cancel stored items by contacting customer support with your order number. However, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply. Please note that items for which a shipping request has already been made cannot be canceled.
Go to My Account → My Orders → LNJ Storage Items, select the items you want to ship, and proceed with payment.
Each product has a maximum bundling limit. For example, if the limit is "3," you can bundle up to three of the same item in a single shipment. Check the "Max. number of bundles" in the LNJ Storage Items section of your order management page.
You only need to pay for the shipping cost based on the carrier you select. There are no additional fees for using the LNJ Storage service.
