The final amount payable will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. The following conditions apply:

- If your shipping country is tax-exempt, no additional tax will be charged. You will only pay the item price and shipping fee.

Timing: In-stock orders are charged upon confirmation. Pre-orders are charged immediately if full payment is selected. If using installments, payments are flexible. The first payment must include 30% of the product price, applicable taxes, and full shipping cost. Remaining balance can be paid anytime before release date.

In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days. Pre-orders ship based on listed release date. Long-term storage and combined shipping available via our LNJ Storage Service.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
Cancellation before shipping is accepted with a 5% fee. No returns or cancellations accepted after shipping or for convenience. Contact us within 7 days for issues. Refunds may take up to 10 business days.
Defective Items
We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

支払時期： 在庫商品はご注文確定時に決済。予約商品は全額前払いの場合は即時決済。分割払いの場合は柔軟に設定可能。初回支払いは商品代金の30%以上＋送料＋税金を含みます。残額は発売日前までに自由に支払い可能です。
商品引き渡し時期
在庫商品：2〜5営業日以内に発送。
予約商品：商品ページに記載の発売日に基づき発送。
長期保管およびまとめ発送サービス（LNJ Storage Service）にも対応。
返品・キャンセル・交換について
発送前のキャンセルは5%の手数料が発生します。
発送後およびお客様都合による返品・キャンセルは不可。
商品に不備がある場合は7日以内にご連絡ください。返金には最大10営業日を要する場合があります。
不良品について
